How far in advance should I book a shoot?
We recommend booking 2-3 business days ahead when possible. Rush and same-week availability is often possible — contact us and we'll do what we can.
Licensing
Are your drone operators licensed?
Yes, all aerial photography and video is captured by FAA Part 107 certified operators.
MLS
Are the photos ready to upload directly to MLS?
Yes, all photography is delivered in MLS-ready resolution and format.
Pricing
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes — every package can be adjusted, and any service can be booked individually. Contact us for a custom quote on multi-property or recurring agent/builder work.
Turnaround
How fast will I get my photos and video?
Most photography is delivered next business day. Video, 3D tours, and virtual staging typically run 1-3 business days depending on the service — see each service page for specifics.
Weather
What happens if it rains on my shoot day?
We monitor weather and will proactively reach out to reschedule exterior-dependent shoots (photography, drone, twilight) if conditions won't produce quality results. Interior-only shoots can typically proceed regardless.
